Short History of United First Financial.
John Washenko and Skyler Witman grew up together as neighbours and buddies. Like so many people are experiencing today, both their families lost their homes to foreclosure when they were around 10 years old. It was at that time that a seed was planted in the hearts of these young boys that would bear fruit by impacting the world in a positive way in years to come.
Well, the time has come and the impact that their dream is having on the financial circumstances of families all over America and Canada
is very real and very powerful.
In 1997, John & Skyler formed a mortgage company, which is still a thriving business today, called Accelerated Equity and Development.
The main goal of this company was to help people pay off their mortgages as fast as possible so that their clients would be out of debt
and able to then build wealth for themselves and their families.
However, what John & Skyler noticed was that even though they mainly offered bi-weekly and 15 year mortgages, their customers were coming back over and over again to refinance their homes and by doing so, they found themselves in more and more debt.
This was the opposite of what their dream and goal for their clients was and so they began to research, looking around the world at other systems, for a solution. They knew there had to be some type of alternative to the system that was very well oiled in favour of the Banks
and Lenders here in America.
John & Skyler hired a group of experts in 2002 to help them create and manifest what is now known as the Money Merge Account system.
From January 2005 till January 2006, 400 homeowners in Denver CO., were actually the 'Test Market' for version 2. The results from this one year test were so above and beyond expectations (Of the 95% of the clients still using the system, 98% were scheduled to payoff 20% ahead of the original analysis estimate) it was decided to launch the Money Merge Account system to the public.
Therefore, United First Financial was formed
in January 2006 and the first 10 agents were
signed up in February 2006.
In October of 2006 United First Financial launched to the public with enormous excitement and success
Less than two years later our tens of thousands of clients have paid off over $155 million dollars of
principal mortgage and consumer debt.
That's not counting the interest that has been
saved in the process.
This is just the beginning.
